TylerMann
Tyler is an experienced trial attorney with a focus on criminal law, who practices regularly in both Federal and State courts. From murders, attempted murders, complex armed robberies, and kidnappings to simple drug possession, assaults and thefts, Tyler brings a high level of knowledge, tenacity and professionalism to each case. Mr. Mann will use the skills, creativity, and experience to bring a resolution to your case.
He regularly handles traffic and DUI cases, helping his clients navigate this complex area of law. He has built a reputation as a tough and hard-working litigator and has honed his trial and litigation skills in hundreds of jury and bench trials during his time as a defense attorney and his time working in the Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office prior to becoming a defense attorney. Tyler, Amy and their two girls live in Howard County. Tyler is an avid cyclist and enjoys playing golf.

NateRisch
Nate is a civil trial attorney who handles cases in Maryland State District and Circuit Court, as well as in Federal Court. His litigation practice areas include plaintiff’s personal injury, professional malpractice, business disputes, construction disputes, divorce and custody, and estate and probate litigation. He also serves as outside general counsel to local businesses, including construction companies and contractors in various backgrounds. Nate strives to provide his clients with a common-sense approach in order to reach effective resolutions to their issues.
Prior to establishing Mann & Risch, Nate practiced at a well-respected civil defense firm in Maryland. As a result, he gained valuable and extensive experience working for and against insurance companies, which is an incredible asset to you if you have suffered an injury or property damage. This broad background as a trial lawyer provided Nate with the skills and experience to help you achieve the goals you want and deserve.
Nate serves on the board of Maryland Youth and the Law (MYLaw), a non-profit organization focused on civic and legal education for youth across the State of Maryland. He has served as a commissioner on the Maryland Access to Justice Commission and as a board member on the Maryland Pro Bono Resource Center. Nate is actively involved in the State and local Bar Associations. Nate, Erin and their two boys live in Baltimore County. During his off time, you can probably find him coaching his boys, doing yard work, or not spending enough time on the golf course.

Allison Bush
Allison is an attorney whose practice areas include criminal and traffic defense, family law and estate administration/ planning. Allison’s interest in criminal law started during her undergraduate degree after interning with the Juvenile Office of the Public Defender in Harford County and continued throughout her law school career where she practiced as a Rule 19 attorney in the Human Trafficking Prevention Project Clinic. Her interests expanded in law school after taking courses in estates and trusts and family law.
Having been with Mann & Risch since her first year of law school as a law clerk, Allison has gained valuable knowledge and experience by working with both Nate and Tyler in a wide variety of cases ranging from criminal and traffic cases to family law and personal injury. Allison’s drive and commitment to her clients are unwavering as her expertise continues to grow. She lives in Baltimore City.
